I was born in Guatemala.

I grew up watching strong women hold everything together.

Women who worked hard.
Who sacrificed.
Who stayed calm.
Who carried the emotional weight of the family without complaint.

I also watched what it cost them.

I saw my mother swallow what she wanted.
Stay steady on the outside while something tightened underneath.
Choose understanding over confrontation.
Peace over honesty.

I loved her.
And I saw how much she carried.

Years later, I found myself doing the same thing in my own relationship.

I was the emotionally aware one.
The mature one.
The one who understood patterns.

And I was still shrinking.

Staying calm while my chest was tight.
Rehearsing conversations instead of speaking directly.
Convincing myself that being flexible meant being strong.

That was my turning point.

Not because everything exploded.
But because I saw clearly that insight alone doesn’t stop self-abandonment.

My background in Clinical Psychology gave me the language and structure.
But my lived experience gave me clarity.

This isn’t abstract work for me.

It’s generational.
It’s personal.
It’s practiced.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked deeply with relational patterns — helping high-functioning, self-aware women stop carrying the emotional weight alone and stop disappearing in love.

The women who come to me are not chaotic.
They are capable.
Intelligent.
Exhausted.

And ready to relate differently.

That’s the work I do.

My mission is to help women who are exhausted from saying “it’s fine” when it’s not finally stop shrinking in love — and feel secure, visible, and steady without over-carrying or fearing loss.
